-“Pecorino” of Norcia cut in slices

-Ham steak slices

-2 eggs

-breadcrumbs

-salt and pepper

Wrap the slices of “pecorino” around the ham steak slices;skip the rolls in the beaten egg with salt and pepper, and then in the breadcrumbs.Arrange in a baking dish and bake at 170 degrees for 15 minutes.
