ITALIAN BRUSCHETTA WITH ITALIAN CHEESE “CACIOTTA” Print

Ingredients for 4 people

4 slices of bread

4 slices of fresh “caciotta”

4 thin slices of ham

20 green olives

2 cups of milk

Melt caciotta cheese over low heat in milk, combine olives, pitted and chopped previously. Toast the bread slices, arrange on a serving dish and pour the cheese, cover with slices of ham.
