RASPBERRIES PUDDING PDF Print E-mail

500 g of raspberries
50 g of honey
1/2 cup of water
100 g of ladyfingers
white wine or dry yellow muscat
 
For the custard:
4 egg yolks
100 g of sugar
2 tablespoons of flour
Put marinade in a bowl of raspberries with honey and 1/2 cup of water. Moisten a pudding mold with high walls. Dip the ladyfingers in white wine or a yellow muscat dry lined walls and bottom of the mold.
Prepare a custard beating 4 egg yolks with 100 g of sugar, incorporating two tablespoons of flour and stir until the cream thickens. Poured into the mold in layers cream and raspberries ending with the cream and then placing in the refrigerator.
